Guys, Kismet is a tall rangy Abyssinian kitten (8 weeks in this pic). Yes he's on a harness as he'd not been outside before (quarantine) but is not actually being pulled. He likes to stand up like that to be extra nosey! Sorry for the scare. This is one happy little dude.
