Look if there is a building site near you, cats sometimes get inside to inspect and when the workers arrive in the morning they are so scared they hide in the first hole they find. Also,go to your local police and inform all your neighbours and people working outside (postman, etc.)that Maxi is missing. Make posters with his picture, that helps a lot. Good luck, hope he comes back soon!
