This is a wonderful photo of two very diverse species intermingling. I would be interested to know if they get on with each other, also.

I forgot to mention that the Tonkinese was originated by breeding Siamese with Burmese. Like the Siamese, the Tonk has a variety of interesting and beautiful colours. Fitgerald is a Natural Mink. Anyway, Fratagllia is a beauty and I'm looking forward to seeing more photos of him!

Your Frattaglia resembles my Tonkinese, Fitzgerald a great deal. Of course the difference in the two breed isn't that much different. they basically have the same characteristics and appearance. The Tonkinese is a fairly new breed and was introduced into the registry in 1965 or 66. I believe as of right now the Tonk still has only the apple head. If they've introduced a wedge shape into the breed, I'm not aware of it.

I wish my cats would snuggle! They seem to prefer their own space for nap time. They usually nap at the same time, but they do it in separate areas throughout the house. You would think that among the eight of them at least "TWO" would be 'snugglers!'

My mom lives in Frontenac. She told us about this horrid fiasco before we even read or heard it on the news. We are doing what we can to help by making donations to local shelters and rescues in your area and to the HSUS. Sadly, this is a fact of life when any natural disaster occurs anytime and anywhere...animals suffer. Our prayers are with all who have lost a beloved pet.
